        Lobo Seasoning Mix for Chicken 100g. Thai Food. The Pack Contains; 2 sachets at 50 grams each. A quick and easy Thai-style chicken seasoning mix that can be used for baked, BBQ, grilled or fried chicken.
        Made from: sugar, soy sauce, salt, spices, vegetable oil, silicon dioxide and natural colouring.
        Recipe Idea: Baked, Grilled or Fried Chicken 1. Prepare 1 kg (about 2 lbs) of chicken or chicken parts. 2. Dissolve the contents of one packet in ? cup (60ml) of water. Soak and rub onto the chicken, Marinate for 1 hour. 3. CHARCOAL GRILL; Grill over charcoal. Baste the skin with oil. Turn frequently. 4. FRY; Deep fry in vegetable oil at medium heat until the chicken turns golden brown. 5. BAKE; Bake at 374?F or 190?C for 30-45 minutes. No preservatives or MSG added.
